MAACCE Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is back!!!
(MAACCE MEMBERS ONLY)

Support for LDI was unanimous because it is the single most effective means of recruiting new leaders for MAACCE each year. Nearly all of the current MAACCE Board Members participated in LDI and they would not be serving MAACCE today had it not been for their terrific experience in LDI.

The Institute precedes the 2008 COABE/MAACCE conference, and offers a combination of leadership training and MAACCE orientation to individuals who have been a MAACCE member for 5 or fewer years.  The institute begins at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 27 and ends at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 28.

The institute program focuses on personal, professional, and organizational growth. Discussion topics include both general and MAACCE-specific areas related to organizational benefits, membership, special projects, leadership training, team-building, and motivational techniques.
